Deposit :

US$ 100 / person -  refundable deposit in case of damage

US$  50 / remote control - refundable deposit for the remote control of the electronic gate

US$  35 / apt -  Cleaning and laundry charge at end of stay. Maid services can also be optionally utilized anytime during stay at the same rate

• Bookings made before December 31st  require a 50% deposit to confirm Reservation via bank transfer or Paypal and the remainder by December 31st.
   
• Bookings made after January 1st 2009 require full payment up front via bank transfer or Paypal.
